This Privacy Policy sets out how Unveil Media collects, uses, and shares the information signals that we receive when you interact or use our website (www.unveilmedia.com) or any related products, services, or applications (collective the “Services”) and explains the options that are available to you. Who is Unveil Media?
Unveil Media is a specialist in video advertising solutions aimed at helping website publishers make money. We work directly with website publishers through our Consent-For-Ads service, which allows businesses to deliver relevant online advertising to consumers, and assists in driving advertising revenue.
Our technology, Consent-For-Ads, is therefore able to determine whether you have given your consent for use of your data for delivering interest-based advertising. As a result, we and any other companies that we work with will only process your data in-line with your wishes.
What Information We Collect?
When you use our websites:
When you visit the website, we do not collect any information about you.
When you use our service:
When you visit a website that uses our Service, the website publisher permits us to collect your consent and pass this information on to other advertising partners (see Point 5). This is to serve you interest-based advertising.
Your consent is associated with a unique random identifier (your cookie ID) which is used to determine what advertising might be most relevant to you. We do not ever know who you are. We do not collect your raw personal data such as name, email address, physical address, telephone number, etc.
Important Terminology:

Raw Personal Data:
Raw personal data is data that has not undergone any form of anonymization (de-identification, usually through encryption or hashing techniques) and could potentially directly identify an individual. This can include your name, physical address, phone number, or email address.
Pseudonymous Data:
Pseudonymous data is data that can not be used to distinguish or identify a specific individual without more information. It was undergone a form of anonymization. UnveilMedia considers pseudonymous data to be de-identified data, aggregated and/or otherwise any other anonymized data. As an example, a cookie ID can constitute as a piece of pseudonymous data since it only identifies you by a random string of numbers.
